Brockworth Parish Council are seeking a suitably qualified landscape architect to help turn our ideas for improvements at Brockworth Cemetery into reality.
We need a landscape architect that can work with the parish council to turn the design brief below into a suitable masterplan for the site and to guide and advise us throughout the project from initial community consultation through to the construction phase.
We will require the successful architect to:
• Develop design ideas, options and plans suitable for public consultation
• Advise on suitable materials, layout, lighting and planting schemes
• Provide support and assistance to take agreed plans through the planning and approval process
• Develop an outline project plan including any phasing of works required
• Estimate a likely project budget and support to establish accurate costings for project delivery
